Planning/Community Development Department
The City's Planning Department provides community planning and development services.
The Planning Department work includes zoning within the City and the two-miles surrounding the City. The day-to-day operation of the office includes providing telephone support regarding planning, zoning, variances, subdivision and related work.
Meeting with the public includes assisting citizens with planning, zoning, variances, zoning changes, subdivision, floodplain and other problems and applications.
